Midnight Society has released an update for Deadrop, available only to Founders Access Pass NFT holders. This update, the first since co-founder Dr. Disrespect's dismissal, features a team deathmatch mode with players as either human Claws or robotic R.A.T.s. The update includes improved movement, gunplay, and an "adrenaline" system for Claws. NFT holders can access this development build to provide feedback. Non-NFT Tower Key pass holders are currently excluded from this update.

Ubisoft is launching a free NFT mint for its blockchain-based game, Champions Tactics: Grimoria Chronicles, on the Oasys network. A total of 75,000 champion NFTs will be available, with holders of existing Warlords NFTs getting early access starting Monday. The general mint opens on July 18 for users with a Ubisoft account and an Oasys wallet. The mint is free, with no gas fees. Champions Tactics, Ubisoft’s first original blockchain game, is in closed beta, with a full launch planned for later this year.

Pixelverse also plans to deploy Pixelchain, a layer-2 network on TON with Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) compatibility, to support its games and apps. The Pixelchain testnet will launch next week.
